      Hello Callum

I remember your questions from the chat earlier!

As with all great things in life, Beer is made of plants, mainly cereals such as wheat, oats and barley, which are fermented.

The other fancy things like Heather just add a bit of flavour. The amount of this flavouring or mixing heather with other plants such as Bog Myrtle or Meadowsweet, create the delicate flavours that people can sip and attempt to describe and sound like they know what they’re talking about, as is also done with wine

I have had heather beer myself, It was tasty, I found it kinda spicy, but it is also quite light in both colour and density 🙂

Perhaps one day I will find a flavour of my own! If i do, I’ll invite you to name it for me, how does that sound?
