I look at all the chemicals in Scottish plants, to see if they are good to eat.

My Typical Day

Alternating between office, lab and coffee depending on what’s on.

What I'd do with the money

I like the idea of an Aberdeen-wide School’s sunflower growing competition in the summer! Perhaps some cheeky seed-bombing too (google it)
